Established in 2010, Shenzhen Huahanyu Electronic Technology is a National High-tech enterprise and integrates Flexible Printed Circuit Design and Manufacturing.
We have 200+ employees and our factory covers an area of 8,000 square meters. We specialize in FPC design, Research and Development, and manufacturing. Our main products include single-sided, double-sided, multi-layer FPC and rigid-flex boards.
Our products are widely applied in high-tech industries such as automotive electronics, communications, industrial control, medical devices and new energy batteries. Our customers are from more than 30 countries and regions around the world. We obtained UL, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001, QC 080000, IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 13485:2016 system certifications.
With over 20 years of dedicated industry experience, we organized a leading Research and Development team. We deeply develop core technology of flexible circuit and build a full-chain technical system. Our engineers and designers are deeply engaged in process optimization and design innovation and achieve all-round breakthroughs in core technologies. We use high-quality flexible insulating materials and apply high-precision manufacturing processes to fabricate high-performance circuits that are heat-resistant, ultra-thin, and bending-resistant. Equipped with a special bending optimization design,we enhance wiring density and simplify system architecture through multi-layer and functional integration technologies to extend product life cycle. With rigorous dynamic testing and Automated Optical Inspection, we ensure product quality from the source.
Fully-automated production now applies to our SMT packaging process, component mounting and soldering can be completed efficiently and accurately. Our planned monthly production capacity is over 40,000 square meters. We can meet customers' demands for fast delivery and orders of different sizes with strong manufacturing capabilities.
